Nelson T Busch

Nelson T Busch is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electrical and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer Electronics at Northrop Grumman since July 2019, Nelson leads efforts in validating and implementing aircraft system capability upgrades. Previous roles include Electrical and Systems Engineer at Manufacturing Techniques, Inc., where Nelson applied INCOSE principles in project leadership, and Senior Electrical Engineer at ENSCO, Inc., focused on railroad track inspection systems. With a robust technical foundation, Nelson has worked across various engineering functions in notable companies such as Ditch Witch, H&P, and National Instruments, contributing to product development and providing technical advisement. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Chemistry/Physics from Northern Oklahoma College.
