Steven Bowman

Steven Bowman is an experienced Mission Assurance Manager at Northrop Grumman since July 2019, responsible for ensuring quality in program execution, personnel management, and process infrastructure. Prior to this role, Steven served as a Senior Principal Quality Assurance Policy & Strategy Analyst, liaising with governmental agencies and developing compliance programs. Steven's professional background includes a role as Government Ground Representative with the Defense Contract Management Agency from September 2016 to July 2019 and various positions within the United States Air Force, including Maintenance Superintendent, Flight Manager, Instructor Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Specialist from December 2007 to September 2016. Steven's education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University and two Associate's Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Instruction Certification and Aeronautics.
