Tom LaRotonda is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the information systems and software solutions sectors. Since October 2003, Tom has served as Chief Technical Officer for Northrop Grumman's SSA-ITSC Contract, overseeing a significant $2.4 billion IT program for the Social Security Administration. Previously, Tom managed a $700 million IT applications program for San Diego County and played a key role as Deputy Program Manager for the NYC Wireless Program, which focused on developing secure public safety networks. Tom also held the position of Director of Software Programs for Remote Sensing and Surveillance at Northrop Grumman, leading a team of over 300 engineers. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Tom was Senior Director for Secure Software Solutions at Motorola Mobility, where responsibilities included developing secure applications for corporate clients. Tom holds a BS/MS degree in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
