Wilburn Ivy

Wilburn Ivy is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as PEM/Deputy Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman since June 2022, Wilburn previously held the role of Sr. Engineering Manager at Medtronic from July 2021 to July 2022. Wilburn's career includes significant positions at Badger Meter Inc, where roles included Principal Electrical Engineer and R&D Engineering Manager from 2012 to July 2021. Prior experience includes key positions at Microsemi, ON Semiconductor, DFT Microsystems, Integrated Device Technology Inc, Freescale Semiconductor, and IBM, with a strong emphasis on product engineering and project management. Wilburn Ivy holds a BSEE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Arizona, completed in 1994.
