Meaghan McArdle

Meaghan McArdle currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at NorthShore Health Centers, a position held since July 2023. In addition to this role, Meaghan is a member of the Northwest Indiana SHRM since March 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and in various administrative roles at Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute from May 2021 to June 2023, and working as an Independent Consultant for Pampered Chef from September 2021 to July 2022. Meaghan also gained valuable insights as a Student Intern at Beacon Health System in March 2021, where work involved understanding care coordination and researching readmission reasons. Past positions include Barista at BIGGBY COFFEE and Data Entry Specialist at Helix Diagnostics, along with community engagement as a Resident Assistant while attending Valparaiso University. Meaghan holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Leadership, both from Valparaiso University.
