Vanesha Cook

Vanesha Cook is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Practice Manager and Certified Community Health Worker/Chronic Care Professional at NorthShore Health Centers since September 2019. In this role, Vanesha provides preventative and promotional health education to the community and equips individuals with resources to enhance their quality of life and health. Prior to this position, Vanesha held the role of Eligibility Specialist at Indiana Family and Social Services Administration from May 2014 to September 2019 and served as a Case Manager at Ctto from May 1998 to December 2013, where responsibilities included supervising operations of General Assistance. Vanesha holds a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and both a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management, all from Indiana Wesleyan University.
