Owen Smith

Owen Smith is an experienced educational administrator currently serving as the Dean of Campus Administration at the Lacombe Campus of Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) since March 2015. Previously, Owen held the position of Director of Career Services at NTCC and served as Support Services Assistant Director at The Corporate Executive Board from February 2003 to October 2006. Owen's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Grambling State University, two Master's degrees—one in Adult Education and Workforce Development and another in Educational Leadership and Administration—both from Northwestern State University, as well as a high school diploma from Holy Names Academy.
