Samantha Daw Taylor

Samantha Daw Taylor is an experienced educator and small business owner with a strong background in engineering technology and design. Currently serving as a Dual Enrollment Educator and Industrial & Engineering Technology Instructor at Southeastern Louisiana University since July 2021, Samantha also instructs Drafting and Design Tech at Northshore Technical Community College. As the owner of Magnolia Designs & Creations, LLC, Samantha specializes in custom vectors and graphics. Previous roles include CAD Drafter at DonahueFavret Contractors, Commercial Project Manager Assistant, and Graduate Research Assistant focused on residual stress analysis in welded components. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Integrated Science and Technology with a focus on Forensic Engineering from Southeastern Louisiana University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology Construction.
