Kristin Goddard

Kristin Goddard is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in healthcare marketing and analytics. Currently serving as the System Director of CRM & Marketing Analytics at NorthShore University HealthSystem since January 2023, Kristin previously held significant roles including Director of Marketing and Marketing and Communications Manager at Swedish Hospital from July 2009 to March 2023. Kristin has contributed to the Medical Fitness Association as a Fellow and Committee Member since 2012. Notable achievements include leading the successful launch and redesign of web platforms that resulted in a 35% increase in online unique viewers and enhanced online sales revenues. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Healthcare Management from North Park University.
