Mary Lucnik-Garcia

Mary Lucnik-Garcia, SPHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at NorthShore University HealthSystem since April 2015, Mary focuses on creating training solutions that support over 25,000 employees across multiple facilities in the Chicago area. Previously, Mary held the position of Learning and Development Program Manager, managing New Employee Orientation programs and collaborating with organizational leaders to identify developmental needs. Prior to NorthShore, Mary worked at Dale Carnegie Training as a Senior Talent Development Consultant & Facilitator, where consultation involved various levels of management in multiple organizations. Early career roles included Associate Manager at HealthQuest Radio and Manager for a medical group, along with experience as a Patient Accounts Manager. Mary holds a BS in Human Resource Management from Judson University and has further education from Northeastern Illinois University.
