John Gorecki MD is a highly experienced neurosurgeon with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving at Northside Hospital and Habersham Medical Center since October and September 2015 respectively, John holds medical staff memberships and clinical privileges at both institutions. As the President and Founder of Neurosurgery Answer since May 2015, John is dedicated to addressing the evolving landscape of neurosurgical healthcare. John has been a strong supporter and board-certified neurosurgeon for the National Parkinson’s Foundation since January 1990 and is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons since 1994. Past leadership roles include Chief of Neurosurgery at Northeast Georgia Physicians Group and Wichita Surgical Specialists, as well as serving as an Assistant Professor at Duke University Medical Center. John completed a residency in neurosurgery at the University of Toronto and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Queen's University.
