Stephanie Alexy

Stephanie Alexy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits compliance and management across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Senior Benefits Compliance Analyst at Northside Hospital since April 2019, Stephanie developed the COVID-19 payroll process for 30,000 employees and leads a team responsible for supplemental biweekly payroll. Prior roles include HR Generalist and Benefits Specialist at OneDigital Health and Benefits, where key contributions involved implementing a new HCM system via Workday and developing FMLA processes. Additional experience as a Benefits Specialist at Convergent Resources, Inc. and in various recruiting roles has strengthened Stephanie's proficiency in employee benefits and HR operations.
