Christopher Mccaskill has extensive experience in educational leadership and professional development since 2005. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Specialist for Northside Independent School District since August 2011, responsibilities include developing structures for ongoing assistance to campuses and facilitating effective campus improvement models. Previous roles within Northside ISD include Professional Developer/Instructional Coach, where coaching was provided to K-12 teachers and administrators across 109 campuses, and Special Education Department Coordinator, managing services for over 300 students and leading a team of 39 staff members. Before returning to Northside ISD, Christopher served as the Elementary Ministry Director at Community Bible Church San Antonio, directing teams and creating curriculum for elementary services. Christopher began in education as a Behavior Mastery Center Teacher at Earl Rudder Middle School. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Sociology from Illinois State University.
