Jennifer Mercado

Jennifer Mercado has extensive experience in property management and vendor support, currently serving as Vendor Support Lead at Northsight Management since June 2020. Previously held the position of Account Manager at Gryphon Group, LLC, and worked as a GSE Account Manager at M&M Mortgage Services, where responsibilities included leading a team and managing client communications. Jennifer has also held roles as Office Director at Precision Property Management, overseeing daily operations, and as Property Preservation Supervisor at M&M Mortgage Services, where training and staff management were key duties. Earlier experience includes managing property preservation work orders at Search and Rescue Preservation and working in various capacities at Florida Executive Realty Management and M&M Mortgage Services.
