Dennis Leacock has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Tooling Engineer and Machine Operator at Spark R&D. At Voile Manufacturing from 2019 to 2019, they were a Mechanical Engineer, where they increased production capabilities by 300%, improved cycle time of edge bending machine by 50%, and developed a new ski binding product line. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Software Engineer at Integrated Digital Solutions, Inc., where they worked with a 20-person team to build a TV & video streaming application across devices in React-Native using You. i TV engine to unify multiple codebases into a single codebase for DirecTV, as well as eliminating animations and optimizing code to reduce re-renders, improving load times by 30% on slower iOS and Fire TV devices. Currently, they are a Full Stack Engineer II at Northspyre.

Dennis Leacock obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman between 2013 and 2018. In 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2021, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
