Kaitlyn Uden

Kaitlyn Uden, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Partner at NorthStar Anesthesia since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Vault Health from October 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included consulting with leadership on strategic and tactical employee issues and developing HR processes and policies. Kaitlyn's experience also includes a tenure at Parkland College, where roles ranged from HR Business Partner/Talent Acquisition Manager to Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant, focusing on talent acquisition and HR consultancy. Kaitlyn holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Eastern Illinois University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Parkland College.
