Katie Chick

Katie Chick has a diverse work experience in the HR field, starting as a Recruiting & Benefits Coordinator at Advisory Board in 2007. Katie then progressed to various roles, including Senior Director, HR Business Partner. In 2018, they joined Cvent as a Senior HR Business Partner and later became the Director of Talent Management. Currently, they are the Vice President of Talent at NorthStar Anesthesia, showcasing their expertise and growth in the field over the years.

Katie Chick completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Music at Hood College from 2003 to 2007. Katie then pursued a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University from 2020 to 2022. In 2015, Katie obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
