Deborah Li

Deborah Li is an accomplished pastry professional with extensive experience in the baking and cake design industry. Currently serving as a Production Baker at Northstar Cafe since October 2021, Deborah also co-owns Kuro Neko Cake Studio, offering custom cakes through a unique design process. Previous roles include Course Grader at The French Pastry School, Assistant Manager and Specialty Cake Decorator at Belle's Bread, and General Manager at Mr. Sushi Dublin. Deborah's early career included significant roles such as Lead Artist and Administrative Assistant at Soulfire Software and GSR at Charles Penzone, Inc. Deborah holds a certificate in L'Art du Gateau from The French Pastry School.
