Jeff Bereznay is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple restaurants. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Third and Hollywood and Partner in Training at Northstar Cafe since 2019, Jeff also holds the position of Executive Chef at Grow Restaurants and has been a Chef at Salt and Pine since 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Chef de Cuisine at Ecstatic Cuisine and Sous Chef at Harvest Bar and Kitchen. Jeff specializes in menu development, employee training focused on back of house staff, purchasing, inventory management, and equipment maintenance across diverse culinary environments.
