Josiah Littrell

Josiah Littrell is an experienced professional with a robust background in training, management, and operations within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director of Training at Northstar Cafe since December 2012, Josiah has successfully facilitated a comprehensive training program for new managing partners and coordinated multiple company-wide training classes. Previous roles include Managing Partner at various Northstar Cafe locations, where Josiah implemented innovative service models, collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, and significantly enhanced training processes.
