Kaila Oberhaus

Kaila Oberhaus is a Chemical Engineering Intern at pH Matter, LLC since January 2023, contributing to R&D activities, including monitoring experiments, catalyst testing, and report writing. Kaila has also gained experience as a server at Northstar Cafe since August 2022 and previously served as a General Chemistry Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University from January 2020 to December 2022, leading laboratory and recitation classes. Additional roles include hosting at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in dynamic polymer simulation at The Ohio State University, and coaching gymnastics at Pinnacle Gymnastics from September 2015 to June 2018. Kaila holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and is pursuing a Master of Public Health with a focus on Leadership in Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
