Matt Weigand

Matt Weigand is an experienced restaurant management professional, currently serving as Senior Managing Partner at Northstar Cafe since April 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Operating Partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. from January 2018 to April 2022 and served as General Manager and Shareholder at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. between August 2016 and April 2022. Earlier in Matt's career, significant experience was gained as an Operating Partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from February 2002 to June 2015. Matt Weigand pursued formal education at Cleveland State University from 2007 to 2009.
