Currently serving as the Director of Data Systems & Engagement at NorthStar Foundation since March 2021, Samantha oversees data management and evaluation initiatives. Previously, Samantha held multiple roles at the YMCA of Greater Omaha, including Director of Program Growth and Senior Director, managing a substantial budget while handling program development, community engagement, and staff supervision. Samantha's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
