Gene Little has extensive work experience in the field of quality engineering and validation. Gene is currently employed as a Senior Quality Engineer Product Development at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC since December 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Philips from 2009 to 2019, where they held the positions of SW QA Manager and SQA Engineer. Gene also worked at Philips, Radiation Oncology Systems from 2009 to 2019 as a Verification Validation Engineer 4, leading co-located teams in the US and India for verification and validation activities. Before Philips, they worked at Cardiac Science as a V&V Engineer, where they developed a test automation framework and suite of scripts. Gene was also employed at VIASYS Healthcare as a Quality Assurance Engineer II, responsible for merging multiple quality systems into one. Gene's early career includes roles at SpaceLabs Medical Burdick Products as a Lead Verification and Validation Engineer and a System Integration Engineer.

Gene Little earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Lakeland University, attending from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from Lakeland College, attending from 2000 to 2006. Gene also holds an Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology from Blackhawk Technical College, which they obtained from 1986 to 1988. It is unclear if they attended Lakeland University for additional studies without completing a degree, as well as if they pursued any further field of study for their second MBA degree.
