Quality Assurance Specialist - Isotope Operations at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC

Sydney Benham started their work experience in 2019 as a Resident Assistant at the University of Arkansas, where they managed a budget, maintained confidentiality, and developed programs for student education. They also worked as a Research Assistant, collaborating with graduate students and managing a research budget. In 2020, they worked as an Assistant Manager at CUTCO Cutlery, handling customer service, documentation, and data analysis. In 2021, Sydney joined PPD as a Small Molecule employee, focusing on assay degradation analysis and impurities analysis. Currently, in 2022, they are working at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC as a Quality Assurance Specialist, with responsibilities including change management, process development, and equipment/process validation and qualification.

Sydney Benham completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Arkansas, between the years 2018 and 2021. Following this, Sydney pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance at Arkansas State University, from 2022 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Sydney obtained several certifications including an Associate Auditor certification from NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC in May 2023, an ASQ Auditing Basics certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in February 2023, and a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in February 2023.
