North Star Partners is a leadership development and organizational wellness firm built for community-serving nonprofits, schools, and faith-based organizations navigating the gap between what they stand for and how they are operating under pressure.

Our partners are organizations doing meaningful work in their communities. Youth-serving nonprofits. Human services organizations. Faith-based institutions. Education organizations. The people leading them care deeply, give generously, and are often carrying more than any one person was designed to hold.

We work in two integrated lanes because lasting change requires both.
Dr. Jay Jimerson leads Leadership and Culture Development, the organizational lane. Systems, alignment, leadership development, governance, and the architecture of how your organization actually operates.

Nehemie Jimerson leads Leadership Wellness and Sustainability, the human lane. Executive coaching, leadership sustainability, burnout prevention, and the wellbeing of the people doing the work.

Pressure shows up organizationally and humanly. Lasting change requires both. We meet you at whichever entry point makes sense, and we work from there.

Every engagement begins with listening. We are not a firm that arrives with a deck. We get to know your organization, your leaders, and the pressures shaping how you operate before we ever propose a path forward. Our work is not one size fits all because your organization is not.

If you've landed here, you probably already know the weight we're talking about. You belong here.
