Chris Packard

Christopher Packard is a seasoned professional in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Principal at Northstar Project & Real Estate Services since July 2012. Under Christopher's leadership, Northstar focuses on serving diverse clients, including institutional, higher education, life science, healthcare, commercial, residential, and research and development sectors in the greater Boston area. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2006 to 2012 and Project Manager at Ardent Management LLC from 2004 to 2006. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1992 and 1996.
