Previously, Ann served as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker, where a strategic decision was made based on the company's dominance in the luxury market. As the Operating Principal at KW Real Estate, Ann achieved remarkable growth, increasing agent count from 11 to 420 in just four years while consistently leading in market share. Ann also founded and presided over Palmetto Title, LLC, specializing in title settlement services. Additional leadership roles include board memberships at the St Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and the Pinellas Realtor Organization. Ann holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater and Education from Stephens College.
