Elyse Folkman

Elyse joined Northstar after graduating from the University of Michigan, where she studied many global and environmental issues. During college, she volunteered at a non-profit that rescues surplus produce from farms to donate to food banks. Her background has inspired her to work towards a more sustainable future, specifically through sustainable food systems.
