Jamil Khoury

Jamil Khoury is a seasoned procurement professional currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Northstar Recycling since January 2025. Previously, Jamil held the position of Director of Procurement at Refresco from June 2019 to January 2025 and advanced through roles such as Sr. Manager of Procurement. Earlier experience includes serving as Procurement Category Manager - Capital Equipment and various engineering roles at Niagara Bottling from June 2010 to June 2019. Jamil's career began with an internship at AECOM in 2008. Jamil holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from California Baptist University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
