Megan joins the Northstar team with a variety of experiences that led her to want to pursue Human Resources. She has previously held positions as a Cake Decorator, Pastry Chef, and Sales Administrator. She has a strong passion for advocacy and strives to ensure the people around her feel welcome, heard, understood, and respected.
