Shauna joined Northstar with the Complete Recycling team and brings her knowledge and experience working on solutions for waste diversion. Before her job with Complete, she gained experience in the nonprofit and government sectors. Shauna’s passion for sustainability led her to intern in Peru, where she helped build an organic sustainable farming nonprofit, bridging the gap between the indigenous women and the local expats.
