Shaun McGuirk

Shaun McGuirk is an experienced professional in the senior living industry with a focus on community relations and management. Currently serving as the Community Relations Director at Northstar Senior Living for the upcoming Tuscan Hills Senior Living, Shaun previously held the position of Executive Director at Pacifica Senior Living, overseeing a community with 84 units. Shaun has also contributed to Westmont Living, Inc. as Community Relations Director, successfully launching a 128-unit luxury community. Earlier roles at Pacifica Senior Living included Director of Sales and Marketing and Move-In Coordinator at The Meridian at Lake San Marcos, where Shaun consistently achieved occupancy targets. Education was pursued at Palomar College from 2016 to 2018.
