Corey McCosh

Corey McCosh has worked in various roles in the information security and technology field since 2012. In 2012, they began their career as a Database Production Analyst at Adheris, Inc. Corey then moved to the Worcester Fire Department in 2013 as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2014, Corey joined athenahealth as an Information Security Engineer and Access Control Systems Associate. In this role, they identified process deficiencies and created solutions for improvement with a focus on end users, utilizing scripting tools and automation to reduce manual efforts. Corey also implemented a role-based access control model for Active Directory users and developed and implemented workflows related to Active Directory user account management. In 2018, Corey moved to SecureITsource as a Manager of IAM Consulting Services and Senior IAM Consultant. In 2019, they joined Buoy Health as the Director of Information Security and Information Security Manager. Currently, Corey is the Security Compliance Lead at Northstar.

Corey McCosh obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems, General from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University between 2010 and 2012. Corey also holds certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner obtained in February 2019, and from SailPoint as a Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer obtained in September 2018.
