Will Peng

Will Peng is the CEO and co-founder of Northstar, a company that helps people discover and book amazing experiences. Will has over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on product design and development.

Will Peng began their career as an intern at BDMI - Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments. Will then went on to work as an analyst at RRE Ventures before joining the team at Hot Potato as a product designer. Hot Potato was acquired by Facebook in 2010, and Will Peng continued working on product development at Facebook until 2011.

In 2011, Will Peng left Facebook to join Red Swan Ventures as a senior associate. In 2013, they co-founded Northstar, a company that helps people discover and book amazing experiences. Northstar has been featured in TechCrunch, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal, and was recently named one of the "Top 50 Startups to Watch" by Entrepreneur Magazine.

Will Peng is a graduate of Princeton University, where they earned a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
