Gavin Richardson

Gavin Richardson is an experienced project engineer currently working at Northstone (NI) Limited since September 2018. Previously, Gavin served as the lead engineer at Taggart Homes from September 2016 to September 2018, overseeing a private housing development project in Derry valued at approximately £60-70 million and involving around 500 houses, with responsibilities that included site surveying and setting out. Prior to this, Gavin worked as a bar manager at The Exchange Restaurant from May 2007 to January 2017, and as a student site engineer at O'Hare and McGovern Ltd from 2006 to 2007, where duties included site surveying and verifying the accuracy of construction plans. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Ulster University (2019-2023) and a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Northwest Regional College (2007-2009).
