Lara Tolland

Lara Tolland has extensive work experience in the field of professional services and project management. Lara currently holds the position of Director, Product at northteq, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Professional Services at northteq from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining northteq, Lara worked at FIS from 2013 to 2021. During their tenure at FIS, they held various roles including Director Ambit North America Professional Services from 2017 to 2021 and Senior Manager from 2013 to 2017. Before Provenir, Lara held roles at HCL CapitalStream from 2008 to 2011, including Project Director, Professional Services; Manager, Professional Services; and Project Manager. In these roles, they directed implementation teams, maintained executive-level relationships with customers, and ensured the achievement of revenue targets and project profitability.

Lara began their career at Accounting Systems Inc. in 2003, where they served as a Project Manager / Technical Consultant until 2008.
