Robert McColeman currently serves as the Paramedic Superintendent for Northumberland County, a position held since April 2003, overseeing Paramedic Services and contributing as a Driver Educator and Evaluator for recruitment. Previously, from August 1981 to May 2015, Robert worked with Toronto Paramedic Services, where responsibilities included paramedical skills training, driver education, and recruitment evaluations. Additionally, Robert served as a paramedic and driver educator for the City of Toronto during the same period, gaining extensive field experience. Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University, an Associate’s Degree in Paramedicine from Humber College, and a degree in Managing and Leading in a Municipal Environment from Loyalist College, completed in 2017.
