Allen Kincaid

Allen Kincaid is an experienced Adult Ministries Pastor and Worship Pastor at Northview Church since January 2021. Prior to this role, Allen served as Worship Leader at Prairie Ridge Church from February 2019 to January 2021. Allen's earlier experience includes various positions at EMP Technical Group from April 2013 to January 2019, including Inside Sales Manager and Service Technician, where responsibilities encompassed managing inside sales teams and servicing label printers. Allen also held the position of Sales Manager at Staples from May 2008 to April 2013, focusing on team development and customer satisfaction. Past roles include Youth & Worship Leader at Westminster Presbyterian Church and Ministry Team/Public Relations at Indiana Wesleyan University, where Allen promoted the university while counseling at youth camps. Allen Kincaid graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010 and completed education at Marion High School in 2005.
