Aditi Verma

Aditi joined Northview Hotel Group in 2010 and is responsible for top-line revenue, room sales, and distribution. Over the past ten years with Northview, she has launched eight independent lifestyle hotels, optimized the firm’s revenue and reservations tech stack, and delivered dominant market share performance. She has 17 years of corporate and property-level experience.

Before Northview, Aditi was the Director of Revenue Management for Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, a 1,406 room, four-diamond convention resort generating $180mm in revenues annually.

Ms. Verma earned a B.S. in Physics at Delhi University, India, and an M.B.A. at Rollins College, Florida.
