Dan Boda

Dan joined Northview Hotel Group in 2007 and worked closely with Simon and the team overseeing all of the firm’s design and construction projects. During his tenure, he has also been responsible for underwriting acquisitions, portfolio analysis of hotel equity and debt investment opportunities, and assisting in deal sourcing, asset management, and other aspects of Northview’s business.

Dan earned a B.S. at the University of Florida and an M.M.H. degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
