Akhil Deshmukh possesses extensive experience in quality engineering and project management, having held positions such as Senior Production Quality Engineer and Production Quality Engineer at Northvolt, and Master Project at Nordic Heater. Previous roles include manufacturing turbine blades at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited and contributing to a project on 100% achievement of traceability at Mahindra Group. Akhil Deshmukh holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management and Innovation from Uppsala University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai (2014-2018).
