Johan Franzen

Johan Franzen has extensive work experience in various high-level positions. Johan most recently worked at Northvolt as the Senior Director of Customer Project Management since 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Mycronic, including Head of Research and Development, Assembly Solution High Flex Division, and Senior Vice President of R&D. At Mycronic, they were responsible for R&D and the product development process, driving change and delivery precision during a period of significant growth. Before joining Mycronic, Johan worked at Volvo Construction Equipment in roles such as Director of Global Technical Support and Director of Electrical and Electronic Systems, where they managed global teams and implemented improvements in product support processes and organizational structure. Johan also had earlier experience at Volvo CE's Component Division and started their career at Volvo Construction Equipment as a Young Professional Trainee.

Johan Franzen completed an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stockholm School of Economics from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Electronics Design from Linköping University in 2004.
