Karen Chang

Karen Chang possesses extensive legal expertise, currently serving as General Counsel for Northvolt North America since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing legal matters and leading the commercial contracting team. Previously held roles at Northvolt include Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel. Prior to Northvolt, Karen served as Legal Counsel at BOMBARDIER and worked as an Associate Solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland, specializing in construction and engineering law. Early in the career, Karen completed training at Cubism Law as a Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leeds, a Master of Arts (MA) in International Business Law from the London School of Business and Finance, and a Legal Practice (LPC) PGDip from Leeds Beckett University.
