Kyle Justice

Kyle Justice has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Kyle is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Northvolt since January 2024. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sion Power Corporation, including Sr. Director of Manufacturing, Director of Manufacturing, and Sr. Manufacturing Manager. From 2010-2018, Kyle worked at Global Solar Energy, where they held positions such as Director of Manufacturing, Manager of Manufacturing Operations, and Supervisor of Manufacturing Operations. Before that, they worked at General Plasma Inc. as a Research and Development Manager, Research and Development Supervisor, and Foreman/Project Manager.

Kyle Justice attended Demand Driven Institute LLC in 2011, where they studied Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints. It is unknown if they completed a degree at this institution. Additionally, they received a Bachelor's degree in BS Finance and Economics from Grand Canyon University.
