Paula Bolechowska-Kluba

Paula Bolechowska-Kluba is an accomplished Quality Program Manager at Northvolt since August 2022, where responsibilities include the development of the Supplier Quality Engineer role, implementation of supplier monitoring processes, and overseeing supplier quality management. Prior to Northvolt, Paula held positions at the Winkelmann Group as a Quality Planning Engineer and earlier as a Customer Quality Engineer, where key contributions involved supervising product development processes and managing customer satisfaction. Experience also includes roles at VOSS Automotive Polska and ILP Sp. z o.o., focusing on customer relations, problem-solving, and quality management. Paula holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Material Science and Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management and Production Engineering from Wrocław University of Economics and Business.
