Pawel Maszota

Pawel Maszota currently serves as Design Manager and Global Architecture Lead at Northvolt, where responsibilities include leading design and project management for large-scale industrial projects with a focus on optimizing CAPEX and OPEX through Value Engineering, achieving significant construction cost savings. Pawel oversees gigafactory developments in Sweden, Canada, and Germany, ensuring compliance with design and performance targets. Previously, Pawel worked as an Architecture Design Engineer at Northvolt and directed major industrial projects at Joakim Häggström Arkitektkontor, coordinating project documentation and stakeholder engagement. A diverse background includes freelance work in sustainable architecture and design, as well as experience in producing competition entries and detailed project documentation. Pawel holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology.
