Raymond Cheng

Raymond Cheng is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of PMO in Program Management for the Material Business Unit/Revolt at Northvolt since February 2021. Cheng's responsibilities include leading a team in standardizing program management processes and overseeing program deliverables across multiple launch programs while serving as a key communication point for Northvolt’s various factories and external stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as Production Control Manager at Global Communication Semiconductors, LLC, where supply chain management for wireless communication products was supervised, and as Senior Buyer at TSMC, overseeing comprehensive supply chain strategies. Cheng also held the position of Senior Engineer at Micron Technology, achieving significant cost reductions in production operations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, a Master's in Global Supply Chain Management from USC Marshall School of Business, and a Master's in Industrial Engineering and Management from Yuan Ze University.
