Sangsik Jeong

Sangsik Jeong is a Senior Validation Engineer at Northvolt since September 2020, focusing on PPE CV Battery testing and validation while previously serving as a Validation Engineer leading energy storage projects. Sangsik has extensive experience as a Senior Battery Engineer at Helmholtz Institute Ulm from April 2014 to November 2018 and at the University of Münster from April 2008 to March 2014, specializing in battery and safer electrolyte development. Additionally, Sangsik worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at ENEA from September 2006 to February 2008, concentrating on ionic liquid characterization and solar cell development. Sangsik holds a PhD in Materials Science and a Master's in Engineering in Materials Science from Gyeongsang National University, completed between 1996 and 2006.
