Shubhrajit Sinha

Shubhrajit Sinha is a Factory Simulation Engineer at Northvolt since July 2022, specializing in discrete event simulations for battery production facilities, focusing on identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and lean strategies. Prior to this role, Shubhrajit was a Material Flow and Robotics Simulation Intern at AGVE, where research centered on automatically generating collision-free paths for automated guided vehicles. Experience also includes working at ABB as a Summer Worker, managing production and quality in an automated galvanizing plant, and serving as a Senior Engineer at ENCO Engineers Combine, where management of a team for the development and maintenance of electro-pneumatic jigs and dies was key. Shubhrajit holds a Master of Science in Robotics and Automation from University West and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Amity University Noida.
